SOP for hiring Retail Sales Executives and Brand Champions
1. Hiring Criteria
– Experience – 6 Month -3 years. hiring threshold – 10%
– Qualification – Graduate / Diploma
– Preferably from Automobile and FMCD (examples: CROMA, Samsung reseller, Vijay Sales Corp, Reliance Digital)
– Prefer Female candidates
– Shift time:- 10.00AM to 8.00PM
2. Mandatory Documentation – Aadhaar Card + PAN Card +Resume
3. Salary
– Up to Rs. 25,000 Ctc
– Retail Executive and Brand Champions are eligible for sales incentives as per company policy
– Incentive can be earned only after a minimum of 12 scooters have been sold every month.
– On average, the incentive ranges from 7-20k INR per month. Incentive explanation provided post joining.
