Salary – up to 3.50LPA (Based on you exp. & last drawn CTC)

Shifts – 24*7 (rotational shifts) / US shift

Working days Any 5 days in a week

Job Location – All India

Job Description:

1. Complaint Management.
2.  Solving Customer queries.
3.  Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
4. Maintaining quality standards
5.  Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
6. Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
7. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
8. Good command in verbal and written English.
9.  Excellent communication skills.
10. Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
